This webinar aims to provide a stimulus for participants to consider and discuss the exciting new developments and challenges that the practice of relational leadership brings for organizations.

The webinar will explore the key principles underpinning relational leadership and introduce some of the associated theories such as responsible leadership, shared leadership, and complexity leadership that have built on these key principles. The presenter will highlight new insights based upon research and literature as to how leaders and managers might develop strategies and interventions to help develop these forms of leadership in their organizations. Key learning points from three case studies, as detailed in the recently released book, Relational Leadership: Theory, Practice and Development, will be raised as well as the importance of relational leadership as a means toward meeting today’s leadership challenges. Attention will be paid to the differences between research approaches and views in the U.S., Europe, and the U.K.
