About Craig Domeck
Craig Domeck is dean of the MacArthur School of Leadership and associate professor of leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is the founder and principal of 3-D Leadership, a consulting enterprise focusing on leadership development, strategic planning and coaching. For four years, Domeck served as the director of full-time MBA programs and admissions for the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to employment at Rollins, he spent 25 years with Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ), an international Christian organization headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Among the roles he held within the campus division were national director for operations, area director for Ohio and Michigan, training center director and campus director at Ohio State and Cornell Universities. Domeck's personal interest and teaching focus is leadership development, centering primarily on self-leadership, emotional intelligence and character. He has taught his 3-D Leadership "Self-Leadership" seminar for the Rollins Executive Education and MBA programs, as well as for organizations such as Palm Beach State College, CNL Financial, Cru, West Palm Beach Public Library, and New Tribes Missions.
Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Domeck holds a B.A. in computer studies from Northwestern University and an MBA with a concentration in management from Rollins College. He completed his Ed.D. in educational leadership at the University of Central Florida, focusing on "Developing Resilience in Leaders." Domeck says that his greatest "claim to fame" is being married to his wife, Jenni, for over 485 months; they have four terrific children and two grandchildren. Prior to moving to the Palm Beach area, he was involved in the leadership team at Vista Community Church for over 10 years serving and most recently, on the leadership team at City Beautiful Church a multi-generational church in Orlando.

About Audy Johnston
Audy Johnston designed her career within the legal world as a nationally certified paralegal in various legal arenas. After earning her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, with a minor in Human Resource Development at Palm Beach Atlantic University in the MacArthur School of Leadership, her passion shifted to being an educator in higher education within the MacArthur School of Leadership. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Management and Leadership.
As a result of her own academic journeys as a female returning to college later in life she has devoted her time in higher education to building supportive academic relationships with her advisees and especially with adult females returning to college later in life to fulfill a lifelong academic dream or goal. Through her dissertation research she has acquired a deeper appreciation and understanding of this marginalized group of adult females and the importance of sharing our lived experiences in order to inspire and motivate others who may not have a voice. As she wrote in her 2017 PhD dissertation, it is a journey that has been traveled by many, but there remains much to be done to facilitate the successful academic journey of those who come after.
Johnston has traveled extensively over the last ten years, as well as participate in and conducted directed international studies, in Europe, Asia, The Middle East, and South America in conjunction with the International Studies Programs and the Rinker School of Business. Moreover, Dr. Johnston has attended the International Leadership Association global conferences in Montreal, San Diego, Barcelona, Atlanta and Brussels. She has participate in the GSLC Leading Change Symposium and PhDLC International Residency in Brussels 2017. Dr. Johnston also presented at AIBSW Conference in New Orleans, at The International Leadership Association Women in Leadership Affinity Group Inaugural Conference in Asilomar, California, as well as at the International Leadership Association 17th Annual Global Conference in Barcelona, Spain, and served as a chair of a conference session in Brussels 2017.
Johnston has developed multiple undergraduate organizational management courses for the MacArthur School of Leadership, participated in the MacArthur School of Leadership Leadership Institute initiative, currently enjoys student mentoring and providing leadership opportunities for adult students, serves on various University and the MacArthur School of Leadership committees. In additional she has served the University as a Senator, Chair of the Ethics Committee, as Vice-President of the Faculty Senate, and currently serves as President of the Faculty Senate. She has co-authored and published The Development and Progress of Female Leadership in the UAE, as well as The Journey of the Women of India Toward Empowerment, with Dr. Ann Langlois. Dr. Johnston was also selected to serve as Program Co-Chair for the 2018 International Leadership Association Global Conference based on the theme of Authentic Leadership for Progress, Peace & Prosperity.

About Chellie Spiller
Chellie Spiller is an associate professor at the University of Auckland Business School, New Zealand.
Chellie is a passionate and committed advocate for leadership development. Her vision is to create relational wellbeing and wealth across spiritual, environmental, social, cultural and economic dimensions, enabling them to claim their rightful place in the world, and to embody their sense of self.
In 2013 she co-edited Reflections on Authentic Leadership: Concepts, Coalescences and Clashes with Professor Donna Ladkin which features international scholars and practitioners from the fields of philosophy, sociology, psychology, leadership, business and the arts. Donna and Chellie have continued to write together including an article for Leadership exploring a Jungian based approach to understanding authentic leadership.
Chellie is a co-author of the book Wayfinding Leadership: Ground-breaking Wisdom for Developing Leaders, with Hoturoa Barclay-Kerr and John Panoho, published in 2015. 'Wayfinding Leadership' training programmes are growing and are currently being taught in a variety of domains such as Air New Zealand's middle management training programme, Global Women's Breakthrough Leadership course, the judiciary and in the health sector.
Chellie's leadership qualities are nourished by her academic achievements. Chellie was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Arizona. She is a recipient of a Research Excellence Award, Dame Mira Szászy Māori Alumni Award and National Māori Academic Excellence Award. She has over thirty years of corporate experience in tourism, finance and marketing, holding senior executive positions in New Zealand and abroad, Chellie brings this experience to her leadership within academic work within leadership and management development programmes.

ILA Atlanta offered our team new opportunities to enrich our thinking about the role of leaders in realizing diverse and inclusive organisations, something which is much needed in this inward-looking time that disregards or even questions the value of diversity.
The ILA global congress is unique in its dedication to bring together leadership theory and a large variety of practice for a deeper and connected conversation. I know conferences where leadership development coaches will meet with leadership academics, but you will not see the variety of policy makers, entrepreneurs, community organizers, LD coaches, etc. like you see at ILA. I look forward to attending future ILA events and once again participating in this valuable experience.
I have been a member of ILA for the past seven years and as a leadership programme director, researcher, and practitioner, ILA is the most informative and interesting community to which I belong. ILA gives me the opportunity to share my research and leadership development experiences with like-minded colleagues from across the world and collaborate with faculty from many international business schools.
