This session invites participants to explore arts and leadership and experience a transformation as boundaries between these two realms vanish. This engaging, interactive workshop will draw on diverse modalities of the arts in a safe, encouraging environment. This session is for those who are committed to leading competently in a turbulent word, for those who want to refresh, enhance, and equip themselves as catalysts for transformation.

During the session, facilitators will provide new insights to confront these turbulent times using music and theater. These engaging experiences will conjure new possibilities in a world of turbulence and complexity, a world where creativity, adaptability and improvisation must become normative. Participants will be invited to push their understanding to the edge without falling off.

You will have experiences enabling you to understand how connections between the arts and leadership can enhance your capacity to lead in turbulent times by:

  • uncovering a larger vision that spans boundaries and ventures into new lands;
  • harnessing the arts to develop your creative energy;
  • appreciating the safe, inclusive and welcoming sanctuaries the arts create;
  • nurturing a novel framework for sense-making that empowers leaders in a world of complexity; and
  • learning how to infuse the arts into your practice.
